Health is every things for living biengs. As a human its very very important for our life. Many of people they did not care about there health. Those who did’t care about there health they have many health problem as it increase slowly as disease that we can’t imagine and ever hope.   1. Food or what we take as a food
      One of the very important points is we must careful what things is good for our health. Mostly people don’t know that which food is accept by their health. We must careful about it all people health is not same different people have different physical structure. For example; Ram & Mahesh stay at same house their kitchan also the same they take same food but taking same food Ram digest but Mahesh din' t digest, this shows that all people don't have same physical. So must important things is that we must know about our health and which things is good for our health we must take it and food which our health din't accept or digest, avoid that food.


  2. Physical exercise                                                                                                      To stay healthy & active or fresh at all physically exercise is very very helpful for that. Daily at the morning time wake up and take a physical exercise at lest 30 min per day or you can jone yoga class which makes your health good & remove different kinds of diseases.
